Three women were arrested after three accidents within about six hours of each other blamed on St. Patrick’s Day drinking.
A 30 year old woman was charged with impaired driving after her vehicle hit a number of parked cars on Albert Street Friday night. Around 1:30 Saturday morning, there was a two car crash at Cloverdale Road and Gunningsville Bridge in Riverview. A woman in her twenties was charged after that one. Then just before 3:00am, a 37 year old woman was charged with impaired driving after hitting a pedestrian in crosswalk at Church and St. George Streets. Just minor injuries to the pedestrian…the only person hurt in any of the accidents.
