Dates for preliminary hearings have been set for two of the former members of the Florence Volunteer Fire Department charged with multiple counts of arson.
24 year old James Clayton MacDonald, of Point Aconi; will be back in court September 20th on 26 charges, including 18 of arson.
50 year old Stephen Eric Tremblett of North Sydney, has his prelim set for November 27th on 18 counts including 15 of arson. No injuries were reported in any of the fires.
