The storm to the west of us caused a deadly multi-vehicle crash on the 401 east of Toronto.
At least one person was killed and 28 injured in the chain reaction crash involving 30 vehicles near Landsdowne. One of them was a tanker truck carrying hazardous materials, which prompted decontamination treatment for 13 first responders.
