Ricardo Jerrel Whynder is in Halifax Provincial Court today to answer to a first degree murder charge.
Whynder was arrested in Surrey and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Matthew Thomas Sudds. His body was found in the ditch on Africville Road in October 2013. Whynder was hurt in last April’s shooting on Gottingen Street that killed Naricho Clayton.
