Police in B.C. have made an arrest in a thee and a half year old murder in Halifax.
Ricardo Jerrel Whynder was arrested in Surrey Friday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Matthew Thomas Sudds. Sudds’ body was found in a ditch on Africville Road in October 2013.
Whynder was wounded in the shooting that killed Naricho Clayton on Gottingen Street last April.
