An affordable seniors housing project has been announced for Mahone Bay. The 26-unit apartment building will include three barrier-free units, and be built by M.A.D.E. for Mahone Bay. $1.3 million will be put in, with the provincial and federal governments also announcing nearly $375,000 for thirteen rent supplements to older lower-income adults.
