Inverness County immigration

The warden of Inverness County says agricultural immigration can help repopulate emptying rural areas of Cape Breton.

Betty Ann MacQuarrie is concerned by a drop in the number of people living in her county which has lost over 4% since 2011, about 600 people.  MacQuarrie says they have to find new ways to attract people and she thinks attracting farmers from other countries may be a way to do that.
