A man is due in court today for animal cruelty and concealing a weapon. A car ended up in a snowbank near the Doland Road Irving on Friday, with the driver allegedly going into the woods with his dog. He came out without the dog, and police found a BB gun in the snow and a handgun on the man. The dog was found hurt yesterday, and taken to the SPCA.
