A man charged with killing an off-duty truro Police officer is back in court today charged with violating bail conditions.
Christopher Calvin Garnier is charged with killing Catherine capmbell in 2015. He was released on bail just bnefore Christmas…but then picked up in Cape Breton last month and charged with breaching recognisance. He’s been in custody since and the Crown doesn’t want him released again.
