A second rezoning request for a building that used to be the Restigouche Valley Church in Campbellton, is back on hold.
Restigouche Property Management bought the building at 9 Water Street, and applied to have the land rezoned to allow their property maintenance and general contracting business to be located there.
Then, the owners again asked council to rezone the land to allow rental space for a cafe, bakery or small restaurant, which is banned by the current zoning.
