The Nature Conservancy of Canada says 95.5 more hectares have been conserved on the Chignecto Isthmus. They’re over three properties, and further to the Conservancy’s goal of protecting Nova Scotia’s mainland moose population. That’s dropped to 500, with one of the largest groups in the area.
