A man and woman appeared in Sydney Provincial Court today after Cape Breton Regional Police searched a home on Guy Street.
At approximately 6:45 PM last night, members of the Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, seizing a large amount of Cocaine, cash, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.
Police arrested the 30-year-old male and 23-year-old female residents; Benjamin Lee MacKinnon and Carissa Lee Barry are charged with various drugs and weapons charges.
