A Sydney man has been sent for a 30 day psychiatric assessment on several charges.
37 year old Elvis Erroll Jansen of MacAulay’s Lane is charged with several counts of possession of stolen goods and break and enter alleged to have occurred August 27.
He’s been sent to the East Coast Forensice Hospital in Dartmouth to determine if he can be held criminally resposible foir his actions or whether he suffers from a mental illness.
