Tory leader and Cumberland South MLA Jamie Baillie presented a petition, calling on the McNeil government to deal with healthcare issues in Cumberland County.
He contends that there is a shortage of family doctors, and the frequent ER closures at the All-Saints Hospital in Springhill as examples of that.
He added that other concerns are access to long-term care and home care supports.
