The union representing New Brunswick hospital cleaning crews says the system is at fault for issues. CUPE was responding to the New Brunswick Health Council survey that said patient satisfaction with cleanliness has gone down since 2013. Overcrowding and a taxed staff dealing with that is being blamed.
