The case of five universities against the NSTU is on in court. Acadia, Cape Breton, Mount Saint Vincent, StFX and Sainte-Anne filed against the teachers union because work-to-rule is freezing out education students. Their practicums are affected and they might not graduate, with the schools saying this is a violation of the Education Act.
