Second Person Arrested in Moncton Murder

Jesse James Perry-Belliveau, the 25-year-old Moncton man wanted in connection with the death of 47-year-old Rodney Perry has been arrested and taken into custody. Perry-Belliveau was arrested without incident in Memramcook on January 27, 2017. He has been charged with second degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. On January 25, 45-year-old Kimberly Cormier was also arrested in connection with Perry’s death. She appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on January 26, 2017, and was charged with second degree murder. She has been remanded into custody and her next court appearance is scheduled for March 16, 2017.
