Freezing rain and ice pellets continued to fall across parts of the province north of us. Around here it’s mostly just rain and wind now…but a lot of it.
The freezing rain played havoc with power lines with tens of thousands people left in the dark overnight all through the southern part of the province, but especially in the greater Moncton area. It’s tough on NB Power crews getting lines fixed because of the winds and the rain…dangerous for them to climb poles when it’s windy.
