The Arca 1 tanker remains tied up at Sydport while inspectors go over it looking for damage caused by the grounding off Little Pond. It won’t be going anywhere for awhile.
Transport Canada inspectors are also trying to determine why the small tanker lost power while sailing to Mexico and ran aground in rough weather over a week ago. The Coast Guard is also saying no pollution has been detected because of the accident.
