Halifax District RCMP are investigating after the theft of several thousand dollars worth of construction tools. The tools were taken from a secured trailor in the Loonview Lane housing development near Cole Harbour. Police say the theft occurred sometime between 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3 and 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 5.
