The Dennis Oland case is back in court today. His lawyers and the Crown will try to find a date for his new trial for second degree murder in the death of his father Richard.
When the Court of Appeal overturned his murder conviction, lawyers for both sides requested more time to go over the written decision.
They’ll be in court today but a new trial is not expected until next January at the earliest.
