Class-action lawsuit against Air Canada etal

Lawyers for passengers from an Air Canada flight that crashed at the Halifax Airport in 2015 are in couyrt today seeking dertification of a class action lawsuit.

The lawyers are suing the airline, NAV Canada, Transport Canada, the Halifax International Airport Authority and aircraft manufacturer Airbus on behalf of 133 passengers aboard the plane when it slammed into the ground short of the runway. Nobody was killed.
