Miramichi Police have arrested and charged a man accused of stealing a Poppy donation box earlier this month. 38 year old Alfred Joseph Savoie was arrested by Miramichi Police earlier this week after being identified with help from the public. Savoie has since appeared in court and been charged with theft.
