A Glace Bay man is back behind bars to serve the rest of his sentence on break and enter stolen property offences. And the Cape Breton Post reports 34 year old Kurt MacLennan may end up there even longer.
The judge ordered MacLennan to serve the remaining 182 days of his sentence for breaching conditions of his release including removing an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet. Police are also now investigating him over a couple of letters submitted to the court on his behalf which may have been forged.
