One more day off for the jury in the Devin Morningstar murder trial.
The defence rested its case without calling Morningstar to testify about his role in the death of Baylie Wylie in a Sumac Street triplex.
The judge said the crown and defence lawyers will present their final summations to the jury tomorrow then he will give his instructions tomorrow or Wednesday.
