MP Alania Lockhart and MLA Bruce Northrup were on hand.
Economic development coordinator Bill Thompson says that the next step in the plan is to execute the strategy.

Lynn Elliott has retired after being the purchasing agent for Sussex, ending a 43 year old career run.
The town honoured his work with a locally-made cedar bench for his home garden and a gold watch.
