22 year old Zachary Shayne Wright of Quispamsis has confessed to hurting a dog found in Rothesay.
He also pleaded guilty to a driving incident, possessing cocaine; and a restricted weapon.
He will be sentenced in July.

KVHS takes the bronze
KVHS finished third at the Reach for the Top National Championships.
In their semi-final, the team from Quispamsis lost a hard fought game to the number 1 ranked team from the University of Toronto Schools.
Team members were Clint Ashe, Daniel Grogan; Andrew Hirtle, Ryan Queen; and Andrew Thistle as well as alternates Josh De Jong, Colin Mandeville; Sean Queen and Jack Robertson.
