Spencer Jeffrey, a local Sussex teacher and basketball ref; will represent the province in Winnipeg in multiple sports at the upcoming Canada Summer Games.
He will officiate the boys’ portion of those games.
Jeffrey has coached middle school boys and girls, and is involved in the Sussex Minor Basketball Association when his daughter started playing.
