The premier and his trade delegation to New England has returned from Boston.
Representatives of the fish and seafood industry featured various products in front of 20,000 buyers. Premier Brian Gallant also met with several business and government reps including Red Lobster’s CEO and Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.
The provincial government will hold public meetings early next month as part of a post-action review report of the ice storm that hit the province in January.
Judy Wagner, in the Executive Council office, is leading the review and her report with recommendations is to be completed by July. The report will be supported by internal reviews done by E-M-O, N-B Power and officials from the Health Department and others.
