The Conservative leadership race has lost a top contender.
Celebrity businessman Kevin O’Leary annnounced he was dropping out and would be putting his sizeable support behind Maxime Bernier.
O’Leary said after travelling in Quebec he realized he could not beat Justin Trudeau in that province and that Bernier had the best chance to do that.
President Trump now says he won’t be tearing up NAFTA right away.
The White House says Trump talked to Prime Minister Trudeau and Mexico’s president and told them he won’t be terminating the Treaty…but that all three agreed to renegotiate it swiftly.
A number of American media outlets earlier yesterday reported Trump was getting ready to issue an executive order killing NAFTA.
