There’s been another big Chase the Ace jackpot win in the province.

Three people are sharing the prize of $3.9 million after find the ace of hearts among the remaining nine cards in the Lamèque Chase the Ace.

Richard Pelletier of Edmundston is sharing the prize with Serge Boudreau of Bathurst and Stephanie Frenette of Sormany, who all work for the  Vitalité Health Network.

A wayward beluga whale rescued in northern New Brunswick has now been tracked in an area of the St. Lawrewnce estuary off Quebec which is frequented by belugas.

Officials involved in the rescue are hopeful it’s in communication and perhaps even in physical contact with the other belugas and will be okay.

The whale that wandered alone into the Nepisiguit River was captured June 15th and transported to Quebec where it was released.
