A 79 year old Quebec man has been killed in a motorcycle crash near Renous.
RCMP say his motorcycle crashed on Route 108 when he lost control on a curve. He was the only one on the motorcycle. Just what caused him to lose control is still under investigation.
It seems Maine’s Governor didn’t support New Brunswick Softwood lumber, after all, in a meeting with President Donald Trump yesterday.
The Gallant Government said earlier this week that Paul LePage would be supporting an exemption from tariffs for New Brunswick lumber when he met the president…but a spokesman for LePage told CBC it didn’t come up. He reiterated it is a very important issue for the governor and he had hoped to discuss it with Trump but didn’t get the chance.
