Heather Beach is having some special events coming up.
A sandcastle building day will be this Sunday and a sun safety and beach awareness day will be held on August 12, both with prizes for kids.

Cumberland Cheer camp
Cumberland Cheer Athletics is holding cheer camps for children this summer, starting this Sunday; and running until the first of September.
The five week-long camps for kids ages six to 14, will be held Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at a cost of 125 dollars per camp.
