Irving Oil is buying four inland storage facilities in Nova Scotia. The purchase agreement with Valero Energy was announced this morning, with the facilities in Yarmouth, Bridgewater, New Glasgow and Port Hawkesbury. It’s expected to close this month.

Horizon’s Grand Manan SNB offices closed after fire
Horizon’s Public Health, EMP and Addictions Mental Health Office in the Grand Manan Service New Brunswick was damaged in a morning fire. Today’s appointments were cancelled as a result, and Horizon is working to find a temporary island location for these services in the meantime.
