The trial of Klutzy the Klown on sex charges is now set to go ahead in late April.
51 year old Dale Rancourt, is charged with sexual interference with a girl under 16 and with breaching bail conditions. He remains in custody until the trial.

Cape Breton Correctional Centre drug case
A former employee of the Cape Breton Correctional Centre has pleaded guiolty to drug trafficking charges.
46 year old Nicole Marie Smith, of Sydney Mines, will be back in court February 3rd for sentencing. Smith was charged over incidents in August and September last year when she was working in the kitchen of the jail in Gardiner Mines.
