Another weekend fire did some damage to Lloyds of Moncton.
The fire was in a bulkhead at the front of the store and there was smoke and water damage to the party and special events supply store. Nobody was hurt.

Bouctouche seafood plant in receivership
A seafood plant in Bouctouche has closed for good, leaving 115 people in the community out of work.
Mills Seafood failed to reopen last fall. Now the Times and Transcript has confirmed the seafood processor has gone into receivership. The business has been part of the commercial core of the downtown area of Bouctouche since it opened in 1969.
