A couple of the pot shops raided by police three weeks ago have reopened, according to CBC.

Police searched six stores on January 24th, arresting 12 people.

Two of them, King Cana on Germain Street and the HBB medical shop on Chelsey Drive, are open and serving customers again.

HBB executive manager Bowe Merchant says he’s aware reopening could bring the police back and he told CBC he is trying to be respectful of the law….but it’s difficult for some of his clients, including some with terminal illnesses, who can’t get their supplies.

It’s the third storm in less than a week…but this one shouldn’t last as long.

Environment Canada issued a Winter Storm Warning again with as much as of 30cms of snow in some areas of southeastern New Brunswick with the highest amounts this evening. Winds will be gusting around 80kph again causing blowing and drifting snow.

There’s still a problem because of all the snow that’s piled up already. Crews have been trying to widen streets and sidewalks as much as they can but are running out of space.
