Normand Pelletier, the mayor of Dalhousie; is reminding you that if you park on the street overnight in winter, your vehicle will be towed.
Dalhousie’s bylaw bans parking on town streets between midnight and 7 a.m from the beginning of November until the end of March, whether it is actually snowing that night or not.
Ernest Quigley, who passed away in 1960; and Paula Keating, both of Miramich, have been inducted into the New Brunswick Sports Hall of Fame.
Quigley got the nod for his work involving coaching and refereeing baseball, basketball; and football.
Keating is an accomplished marathon runner, who is also a member of the RunNB and the Miramichi Sports Wall of Fame.
