Annapolis Royal police are warning about a phone scam. People are getting calls from someone claiming to be with the Canada Revenue Agency. Chief Burt McNeil reminds you the CRA rarely makes calls, and certainly wouldn’t tell you to send money – or gift cards, as is the case with the current scam.

Hants County break-ins see Lower Sackville man accused
A Lower Sackville man is facing charges after a number of break-ins around Hants County. 21-year-old Christopher Travis Kollmann is accused in incidents between June 15th and July 5th in Brooklyn, Hantsport, Rawdon, Mount Uniacke and Noel among others. Further charges are for alleged incidents in Colchester County.
