The victim of that mass email of sexually explicit photos has now filed a formal complaint with the RCMP.
The Universite de Moncton student was the victim of emails carrying the sex video. There was also a link to her facebook page.
RCMP say they have identified a suspect but haven’t been able to contact him yet. The problem is the email apparently originated in Europe and experts say that will hinder the investigation and prosecution of the case.
