Road work starting today is expected to cause traffic disruptions on George Street in Sydney. It’s between Townsend and Brookland streets, and will result in some lane closures over the next two weeks.

Windsor blaze
A late-night apartment fire in Windsor has temporarily displaced tenants. Crews responded just before 11:30 to the 500 block of King Street. The fire started in a bedroom, and no one was hurt. The cause is being investigated.
