The Moncton woman charged with killing Baylie Wylie and setting an apartment on fire on Sumac Street in 2015 has waived her right to a preliminary hearing and will go to trial. Marissa Shephard has been in custody since her arrest in March of last year.
Her co-accussed Tyler Noel is due in court today to enter a plea on first degree murder and arson charges.
Devin Morningstar was sentenced in January to life with no parole for 25 years after he was convicted of first degree murder and arson. He’s appealing that.
