First Nations sexual abuse

Prominent First Nations leaders say the time has come to shine a light on a taboo subject in their communities…sexual abuse of children. The national chief of the Assembly of First Nations says leaders must stand up and encourage people to expose the problem.

Research shows one in three girls and one in six boys have experienced an unwanted sexual act. Experts say it’s difficult getting hard data because such abuse often remains shrouded in silence.

U-S election

The U-S Election is coming down to the wire in a very close race.

It was made closer last week when FBI Director James Comey said the agency was investigating more e-mails by Hilary Clinton. On the weekend he said no evidence to warrant criminal charges was found.

Donald Trump, who capitalized on the intial information that there was an investigating, is accussing the FBI of impropriety…insisting Clinton is guilty and everyone knows it.
