Police will take a Fredericton area man to court today after another man went off a second-floor balcony at a Moncton hotel.
RCMP say a witness to the incident told officers the man was pushed off the balcony. The 41 year old victim was taken to hospital and later released. 41 year old Edward Wayne Blosser of Hoyt is due in court today on a charge of assault causing bodily harm.
