The city is blaming a significant maintenance issue for the closure on the weekend which crews are working to repair.

A fire in Woodstock forced 18 people out of their apartments.
One person was treated for minor burns, otherwise nobody else was hurt.
The blaze was confined to a few apartments but there was smoke throughout the building. It has been ruled accidental.
