Grande-Anse offering tax break to new residents

The Village of Grande-Anse is now giving new residents a tax break.  People who build new houses will get a $1500 reimbursement after the first year, while those who buy an existing house will get $750.  They also get a welcome package that includes gift certificates from local businesses.
