The future of the Spinning Wheel Yarn Shop in Bathurst is in doubt.
66 year old owner Beth Sullivan says she and her husband plan on retiring, and the shop could close on June 1st; if a buyer can’t be found.
Sullivan added that if a buyer does step forth, she’ll think about keeping the shop open until September, the busy season.
A 22-year-old Bathurst man is dead due to a collision Saturday between a side-by-side Utility Terrain Vehicle and a pickup truck, 30 kilometers west of Bathurst.
Bathurst RCMP said the man, the driver of the UTV; died as a result of his injuries.
A woman passenger in the same vehicle, was treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The victims name has not been released.
