Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Bill Fraser, Seniors and Long-term Care Minister Lisa Harris and Miramichi Mayor Adam Lordon are hoping to have a chat with Westjet officials.
That’s due to a three page feature in WestJet Magazine touting Miramichi as a vacation destination.
Fraser, Harris; and Lordon want Westjet to know what the Miramichi Airport can offer.
On Thursday June 8th from 10:30 til noon, the Miramichi support group for women with cancer and partners will have a care and share fitness and healing program at the Newcastle Public Library.
Miramichi Area and New Brunswick organizations put this together to help communities offer resources for people with cancer to have them adopt and/or maintain healthy behaviours and learn to live well longer.
