Jason Barry, the latest CCMA Hall of Honour Inductee; is the latest keeper of the Maple Leaf Forever guitar.

17 year old Laura Dickinson of Miramichi, has won gold at the 2017 Pan American Under 20 Track and Field Championships in Peru.

Dickinson won the gold medal in the 5,000-metre race.

She also broke a New Brunswick provincial under 23, junior; and senior record.
