Lawrencetown community broadband project public meeting

Next Monday, people in Lawrencetown and the surrounding area will get information on the community broadband project at a public meeting.

It will take place March 27th at the library.

Two 90-foot towers have been put up so far, and electronic equipment installed.

The Lawrencetown service could cover 30 kilometres but that depends on the position of planned further towers.

Prices for a 15 megabit or a 20 megabit will be $60 and $100 a month respectively.
